TERMS OF SERVICE

General
* I reserve the right to deny any commission.* Commissioned work may not be used for commerical use unless discussed with me prior.
Do not claim commissioned work as your own.* Generative AI & NFT usage of commissioned work is strictly prohibited.* The client may discuss a deadline for their commission to be completed by with me if they wish.Process
* When requesting a commission from me, clearly state what you want, & provide references. Use as much detail as possible, please!* You may ask to be sent progress of the commission in order to make revisions. Small revisions are permitted after the commission has been completed.* Depending on the quality of the reference(s) provided, I may take creative liberty - You are free to ask for a revision to revert any creative liberties you do not want to be part of the final product.Payment
* Refunds are only permitted before I have completed the commission. Contact me in order to discuss a refund, do not issue a chargeback.* Price examples are in USD; Cost may vary depending on your currency. Price examples are base prices, and are not final.
I only accept Ko-fi & Paypal payments.* Clients may pay either in halves (50% before I start the commission, 50% after I finish the commission), or pay the total amount upfront.
